Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING:
- All RTS (Ready-to-Ship) items will ship within 3 business days of receipt of payment.
- CUSTOM ORDERS - Current processing time for custom tumblers is 2-4 weeks after payment is received. This time may be more or less depending on current order load. These are made to order and I do not cut corners to complete them faster. Each and every one of you deserve the best quality. I will do my best to get your orders processed and shipped as soon as possible without sacrificing quality.
- DIGITAL ORDERS - All digital orders will be sent a link for download as soon as your order has processed. If for some reason the link does not work or you do not receive one, please email me immediately so I can look into it and I will email you the file directly if necessary.
- Tracking numbers will be provided on all shipments.
- The number of days your package will take to get to you is solely dependent on the shipper and shipping method chosen.
- Shipping is weight based and prices are set by the shipping company chosen.
- We do not currently ship internationally.
- Local Pick-Up is AVAILABLE for those in the greater Tucson area. If you are local (Tucson, Marana, Oro Valley, Vail, South Tucson, Red Rock) and want to save money on shipping, please choose the local pick-up option instead of shipping at check out. Item(s) will be available for porch pick-up within 2 business days of receipt of payment.
RETURNS:
- Manning the Press will not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final unless the item you purchased is damaged in shipment.
- In the event you receive a damaged item, please contact us at ManningThePress@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery.
- For a damaged item, please include in your email: your name, invoice number, photo(s) of the item AND pictures of the shipping box so that I can file a claim with the shipper to be reimbursed.
- If it is determined the item was damaged during shipping, we will then issue a replacement item or issue store credit.
